Branch Manager - Restoration / Reconstruction
Location: Houston, Texas
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

Sequence is seeking an experienced executive to serve as Branch Manager (Houston, TX) for one of the nation’s leading restoration, disaster recovery and reconstruction firms. Responsible for account management, client relations, project management, HR, and business development and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in restoration services, especially in customer relations, construction basics, dealing with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, etc. Requires a bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent professional/industry experience, and have experience is MS Office, Timberline and Xactimate. Must be able to produce professional estimates and be trained in asbestos, lead paint, smoke, odor, water and fire.
